Dam Good Gear is the US Importer of Minuet Yachts . These new and unique yachts were introduced in 1999 after a three year development program to optimize the design. The smallness is due to the key requirement that these boats can be used on confined water, not usually associated with sailing. Large ponds, small lakes and even slow rivers or canals can be used for sailing. The Minuet can also be used on any inland sheltered water such as reservoirs, water parks and protected harbors.
The Minuet was originally designed and developed to enable one-design racing to take place on small areas of water not suitable for conventional craft. A major advantage with Minuet is ease of transportation, the overall length being 2.2 Meters (7.2 feet), allowing it to easily fit into an average mini-van. With hull weight of less than 30 kg (66 lbs) it can be lifted onto a roof rack with ease. Each Minuet is manufactured to exacting standards with components from established professional manufacturers employed for key components: Relling OneDesign Sails, MB Masts and GRP specialists. Assembled in Cornwall, England.

Terms 50% (non-refundable) with order, balance on delivery. The reason for these terms is that these boats are only built to order. Upon order placement we will notify Minuet in Great Britain to schedule fabrication. Upon completion space will be found in an appropriate container for shipment. Please plan to allow three months or more for delivery.
